Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific hiring needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking and relationship-building.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a specific industry.
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus to cater to diverse candidate pools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate changing hiring needs and market conditions.
  • Culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to ensure diverse candidate representation.
