Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (Blue Collars):
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (operators, technicians, workers, drivers, etc.).
- Coordinate mass hiring activities, screenings, interviews, and job offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
- Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with HR operations.
- L&D Support:
- Support the Learning & Development team in organizing and coordinating training programs.
- Assist in training logistics, attendance tracking, and post-training reports.
- Communicate with trainers, employees, and departments regarding training schedules.
- Support training records and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably blue-collar hiring.
