  1. Company : LifeLine HR.

  3. Position : Recruitment Specialist.
  4. Education : ~ Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  5. Experience : ~ Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry / preferably resorts or hotels.
  6. Skills : ~ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each job opening & develop effective recruitment strategies. ~ Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, & professional networks. ~ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, & cultural fit within the organization.
  7. Attributes : ~ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance & support throughout the interview process. ~ Evaluate candidates' suitability for the position, considering both technical skills & alignment with company culture. ~ Manage the offer negotiation process, including discussions on salary, benefits, & other terms of employment.
  8. Technical Knowledge : ~ Maintain accurate & up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity & compliance with relevant regulations. ~ Build & nurture talent pools for current & future hiring needs, keeping abreast of industry trends & market changes. ~ Provide insights & recommendations to improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency & effectiveness in attracting top talent.
