Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to meet client SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the ATS/CRM.
  • Stay updated on UAE market trends, Labor Laws, salaries, and hiring practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 1 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (IT & NON IT Both) within a recruitment agency (Dubai/UAE experience is mandatory).
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
