Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans based on organizational workforce needs.
- Supervise and guide the recruitment team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department heads.
- Post job vacancies on suitable platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).
- Manage the candidate screening process, conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person), and evaluate applicants.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update a strong talent pool database for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide insights to HR management.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
