Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
Identify, target and convert new ME clients using an insight driven sales approach.
Build high quality pipelines supported by disciplined CRM use and strong forecasting.
Develop opportunities across new ME markets, new products and emerging learning needs.
Lead end to end pursuit activity including discovery, scoping, proposals, pricing and negotiation.
Portfolio & Relationship Management
Manage a designated portfolio of existing ME clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and long term growth.
Deepen relationships with C suite and senior stakeholders using a consultative approach.
Identify and execute cross sell and upsell opportunities.
Conduct periodic business reviews to assess performance and expansion potential.
Commercial Excellence
Meet or exceed revenue, acquisition and portfolio growth targets.
Produce compelling proposals and RFP responses tailored to ME client needs.
Maintain high standards of CRM discipline and commercial governance.
Contribute to competitive intelligence, market insights and positioning strategies.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure solutions are impactful and scalable.
Partner with Marketing to refine collateral and campaigns.
Support continuous improvement and share commercial insights.
Key Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in corporate sales, business development or learning solutions.
Strong track record of winning new business in ME and managing senior relationships.
Expertise in consultative, solutions focused selling.
Negotiation experience with complex commercial agreements.
High proficiency in pipeline discipline, CRM and commercial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, influencing senior stakeholders.
Adaptability, learning agility and comfort in fast paced environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset and self starter attitude.
