Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead business growth within the hotel and resort hospitality interiors, FF&E, and joinery sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue through strong partnerships with hotel operators, procurement companies, consultants, and interior designers.

We are looking for a professional with a strong passion for design, an established network within the hospitality industry, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hotel operators, consultants, and procurement firms.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure major contracts.
• Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Represent the company at major industry exhibitions and networking events (Hotel Show, INDEX Dubai, etc.).
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within hospitality interiors, FF&E, or fit-out industry.
• Strong network within the hotel, hospitality, and design sector in the GCC region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and close high-value deals.
• Strong commercial acumen and project coordination experience.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license required.
