Roles & Responsibilities

� We’re Hiring | Regional Sales Manager – Dubai, UAE Our client is a global leader in high-performance corrosion control coatings, including Phenolics, Epoxies, Urethanes, and Polyesters, serving customers worldwide with industry-leading solutions. We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the UAE market. � Key Responsibilities ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Applicators, Engineering Firms & Independent Reps ✔ Identify and capture new business opportunities in key markets ✔ Develop & execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth ✔ Analyze the competitive landscape and position solutions effectively ✔ Represent the company at trade shows, conferences & industry events ✔ Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports & performance metrics ✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing and sales strategies

Desired Candidate Profile

� Qualifications ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field ✅ 5+ years of B2B sales/business development experience ✅ HVAC or coatings industry experience preferred ✅ Strong technical understanding of corrosion-resistant coatings ✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills ✅ CRM & Microsoft Office proficiency ✅ Willingness to travel (including international travel)
