Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Proactively source and attract top talent through global online platforms, professional networks, and social media.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through virtual interviews, resume evaluations, and fit analysis.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth placement process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Keep records accurate and up to date on the ATS, ensuring compliance with data and legal standards.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in global hiring.
Career Services & Client Support
- CV Enhancement: Transform client resumes into professional, achievement-driven, and ATS-optimized documents tailored to their career goals.
- LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Redesign and elevate client LinkedIn profiles with strong headlines, summaries, and keyword strategies to enhance visibility to recruiters.
- Job Application Management: Conduct targeted job searches, apply on behalf of clients, and track progress systematically using internal tools.
- Interview Preparation: Deliver structured interview coaching using proven frameworks (e.g., STAR method), helping clients build confidence and perform effectively.
- Career Consultation: Provide personalized guidance on market positioning, professional branding, and job search strategy.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and completed services for transparent reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Career Counseling Manager to ensure quality, alignment, and consistency in service delivery.

Qualifications
What You ll Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and/or career counseling (preferably with international exposure or remote experience).
- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency in using ATS and digital career counseling tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
