Roles & Responsibilities
With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager - Eau Zone to join the F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. Where you will be responsible for leading the team to give exceptional service and ensure that restaurant operations will run smoothly.
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment and has a previous Specialty Restaurant experience. Has a strong exposure in handling busy restaurant operations and dealing with high profile and diverse clientele. Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervises, and motivates his/her staff in all aspect of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance with the standard operating procedures established. Excellent spoken and written English is required.
