Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the lounge restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead, motivate, and support the service team, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Oversee table assignments, reservations, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide training, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
  • Support in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling operating costs.
  • Maintain inventory levels of restaurant supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Prepare daily reports on operations, guest feedback, and staff performance.
  • Promote a welcoming atmosphere in line with the lounge s brand standards.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, lounge, or bar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Candidate Profile
