Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and professionalism. • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations. • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle guest feedback or complaints. • Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand standards. • Ensure compliance with Qatari labor, health, and safety regulations. • Foster a positive work environment and team culture that reflects the restaurant’s values and hospitality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management (Arabic or Egyptian cuisine preferred). • Fluency in Arabic and English. • Must have a valid QID.
