Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience by coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and boost sales, adapting to seasonal trends and local events.
- Manage inventory levels and supplier relationships, negotiating contracts to secure high-quality ingredients while minimizing costs.
- Lead and train a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability to enhance service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, showcasing a track record of achieving sales and service goals.
- Certifications in food safety and alcohol service are essential, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Experience in fast-paced dining environments, with a preference for candidates who have worked in fine dining or high-volume settings.
