Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and roll out perfectly round rotis consistently, ensuring uniform thickness and size for an appealing presentation.
- Master the art of cooking rotis on a tawa or open flame, achieving the ideal puffed-up texture and golden-brown color.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene standards throughout the food preparation process.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients, including flour, water, and oil, to create the perfect dough consistency for optimal roti quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant environment, demonstrating familiarity with food preparation.
- Proven ability to prepare and cook rotis with speed, precision, and consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
