Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft and execute innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients, catering to diverse dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the highest standards, consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Develop and implement food safety protocols, maintaining compliance with health regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering skill development and teamwork to enhance overall kitchen performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in high-paced kitchen environments, showcasing versatility in various cuisines.
- Experience in supervisory roles, with proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate kitchen teams.
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation standards, with certifications such as ServSafe or equivalent, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
