Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Individual Sales Target Ownership

  • Achieve assigned individual sales targets, typically focused on defined deal sizes, product lines, customer segments, or lead-conversion quotas.

  • Take ownership of personal performance outcomes, including activity levels, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.

  • Manage a structured personal pipeline aligned to role scope and experience level.


Sales Execution & Opportunity Development

  • Execute day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.

  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities using defined sales qualification frameworks.

  • Progress opportunities through early and mid-stages of the sales cycle with discipline and accuracy.


Customer Engagement & First-Line Representation

  • Act as an initial point of contact for prospects and early-stage customers.

  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs, priorities, and buying intent.

  • Represent the company professionally, consistently, and accurately in all customer interactions.


CRM Discipline, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely CRM records for all leads, activities, and opportunities.

  • Follow defined sales processes, approval workflows, and reporting standards without deviation.

  • Provide reliable activity and pipeline updates for performance reviews and forecasting.


Sales Support & Team Contribution

  • Support senior sales associates and sales managers in advancing opportunities and closing deals.

  • Prepare and coordinate sales documentation, including proposals, quotations, and basic commercial summaries.

  • Assist in product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings as required.


Learning, Development & Market Awareness

  • Continuously build knowledge of company offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions.

  • Develop a working understanding of competitors, market trends, and customer pain points.

  • Actively apply coaching feedback to improve selling effectiveness and conversion outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 2+ years of successful sales experience, specifically within the hospitality technology or solutions space.
  • Holds a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including its operational challenges and technology landscape.
  • Exhibits a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
