Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new leads for Accounting and Audit services

  • Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate service solutions

  • Promote the firm’s offerings through direct sales outreach, client meetings, and networking

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients

  • Collaborate with internal accounting and audit teams to develop proposals, engagement letters, and presentations

  • Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities and industry trends

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures effectively


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with experience selling professional financial services, specifically Accounting and Auditing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands how these services support business compliance and growth and can confidently present value-driven offerings to corporate clients. Experience selling Accounting, Audit, Tax, Consulting, or Financial Services to corporate clients is mandatory

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA (Finance/Marketing/Business preferred)

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Accounting, Auditing, or related professional services

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance processes and compliance needs

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

  • Ability to present complex services in a simple, value-focused way

  • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented with a client‑first approach
