Roles & Responsibilities

ole Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and supporting the Sales Manager in expanding revenue and market reach.

This role is within a company specialized in gaming products, digital games, and gift card solutions, serving partners across digital commerce and retail ecosystems. The position focuses on identifying prospects, initiating contact, managing onboarding documentation, and contributing directly to company growth.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking

  • Prospect potential partners, resellers, retailers, and distribution clients

  • Initiate contact and build strong professional relationships

  • Present products, services, and partnership opportunities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Prepare and share NDAs, price lists, and commercial proposals

  • Coordinate agreements and contracts for new clients

  • Follow up with prospects until deal closure

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners

Sales Support

  • Support the Sales Manager in daily commercial activities

  • Assist with pipeline tracking and reporting

  • Coordinate internally with operations and finance teams when needed

  • Maintain organized records of leads, communications, and agreements

Market Awareness

  • Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitors, and opportunities

  • Identify new potential markets or client segments

  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve offers and positioning

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is persistent, confident, commercially minded, and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.

The candidate should:

  • Be highly proactive and comfortable reaching out to new prospects

  • Have strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Be organized and detail-oriented

  • Be comfortable handling documents and commercial processes

  • Have strong follow-up discipline

  • Be goal-oriented and growth-driven

  • Have genuine interest in gaming, digital products, or the gift card industry

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or partnerships

  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)

  • Arabic is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of gaming, digital products, or gift card ecosystems is a strong advantage

Success Indicators

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Number of qualified leads generated

  • New clients signed

  • Revenue contribution from new accounts

  • Pipeline growth

  • Lead-to-client conversion rate
