Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly driven 'Sales Executive - Business Setup UAE' to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle for Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company formations in the UAE. The role involves proactive client acquisition through personal networks, referrals, and direct outreach, advising entrepreneurs and investors on the most suitable licensing structures, legal frameworks, visa options, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will confidently present solutions, negotiate, and close deals while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
This is a target-oriented position with strong emphasis on relationship building, market awareness, and performance tracking. Candidates must have prior UAE business setup or corporate services sales experience, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and preferably an existing client database or strong professional network. The role offers a competitive salary plus an attractive commission structure for successful deal closures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 2–5 years of experience in business setup or corporate services sales
Deep understanding of UAE Free Zones, Mainland licensing, and visa processes.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Possess excellent communication.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
