Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of a business-critical ERP/SaaS solution. You will build strong client relationships, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle using a consultative, value-driven approach.

Candidates with experience in ERP, SaaS, CRM, POS, or enterprise software sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads across SMB and enterprise segments
  • Conduct impactful software demos tailored to client business needs
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and closure
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with onboarding, implementation, and customer success teams for smooth handovers
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and long-term account growth opportunities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor solutions, and market opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • 2 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, CRM, POS, or business software
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience conducting software demos and solution-based selling
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and customer-centric mindset
