Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the airline’s services and products to travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential customers.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, agents, or clients.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product briefings to agencies and corporate accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to Departmental -Head.
  • Bringing in tickets and holiday packages.
  • Conduct regular visits to agent offices to build rapport and increase sales.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and records through CRM tools or internal systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of airline or travel industry sales experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
