Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key decision-makers in HORECA establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, driving business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector, focusing on market penetration and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and generating leads within the HORECA landscape, securing new accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and tastings tailored to HORECA clients, effectively communicating product value and benefits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the HORECA industry, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Holds relevant certifications or qualifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality management, enhancing credibility.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the HORECA market, including its dynamics, trends, and key players.
