Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding heavy vehicle spare parts.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.
Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Assist outdoor sales executives by providing product information, stock availability, and technical support.
Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holds a minimum of 2 years of UAE sales experience within the automotive parts industry.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of automotive parts, including their function, application, and market dynamics.
Proven experience in automotive spare parts sales-light vehicles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage outdoor sales activities.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and results-driven.
Knowledge of automotive mechanics and spare parts.
Existing client network in the automotive industry.
