Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive specializing in Power Tools to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the Gulf region within the power tools or related industrial equipment sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the Gulf region.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential clients in the power tools market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify areas of growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective brand positioning.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Gulf region (mandatory).
- Strong background in selling power tools, industrial equipment, or related products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Gulf region.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license (mandatory).
- Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
