Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth within the Financial Services industry.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide input on product or service improvements based on client feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Sales Manager - BFSI should have:
