Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth within the Financial Services industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide input on product or service improvements based on client feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Sales Manager - BFSI should have:
- Proven expertise in sales within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, asset management, wealth management, family offices).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the sector.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
