Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored for the region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing strategies and product positioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have experience in selling banking solutions with know-how of banking ecosystems and brief knowledge on the Digital / technology trends • Must have consultative selling experience • Must have experience of handling RFP / bidding process • Must have experience in B2B selling with high value ticket • Must have good C-level / Mid-level connects within banks • Must have self-driven attitude to elevate business growth through lead generation, marketing, relationships, etc. •
