Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage clients from multiple countries, Business owners and professionals
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, providing coaching and performance management to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales accurately, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee the sales budget and manage expenses effectively to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- have knowledge about solar products - Solar Panels, Lithium batteries, Inverters etc.
- Experience in UAE B2B Export market.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in SOLAR industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
