Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients and distributors

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging/sealing solutions

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in packaging, industrial products, or related sectors

  • Experience in metal caps, closures, or sealing solutions

  • Exposure to industries such as beverage, FMCG, or packaging manufacturing

  • Knowledge of products like ROPP caps, crown caps, aluminum closures, or industrial seals

  • Existing network within relevant industries

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Ability to understand technical product offerings

  • Willingness to travel as needed
