A regional education technology group specializing in digital learning solutions for universities, government entities, and large organizations across the Middle East, delivering platforms, consulting, and enterprise systems to support digital transformation.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in EdTech or higher education solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage consultative sales cycles within institutional and enterprise environments.
Key Requirements (Mandatory)
5+ years UAE sales experience (EdTech / SaaS / B2B)
Immediate and proven experience in software sales & marketing
Strong connections within the UAE education sector
Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken and written) (important)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes and client engagement
UAE Driving License Higher education / EdTech experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with higher education institutions
Experience selling to universities, government entities, or large organizations
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of education technology and software solutions
Build and manage relationships with universities and institutional clients
Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven UAE experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or EdTech sales
Strong consultative selling experience with universities, government, or large organizations
Ability to manage long sales cycles, tenders, and procurement processes
Existing network within UAE higher education or public sector
Skilled in product demos, executive presentations, and proposal delivery
Knowledge of digital learning platforms, LMS/SIS, or education technologies
Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, IT Directors, Deans, Procurement Heads)
Strong pipeline management and CRM usage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English and Arabic for professional meetings and presentations
