Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Camex Video Analytics Platform across key verticals including smart cities, retails critical infrastructure, retail, transportation, and enterprise security. You will own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting C-level stakeholders to closing multi-year enterprise contractswhile positioning Camex as the intelligent evolution beyond legacy CCTV systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Camex platform across MENA and international markets
- Identify and engage decision-makers (CISOs, Heads of Security, Operations Directors, Smart City Authorities) in target accounts
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to map client CCTV infrastructure, pain points, and ROI opportunities
- Collaborate with solutions architects to design tailored demos showcasing AI capabilities (eg, anomaly detection, crowd analytics, perimeter breach prediction)
- Position Camex against legacy VMS providers and emerging AI competitors by articulating differentiated value
- Negotiate complex contracts, pricing models (subscription/SaaS, perpetual license + managed services), and SLAs
- Partner with marketing to develop vertical-specific case studies, ROI calculators, and sales collateral
- Forecast pipeline accurately and report on KPIs (lead velocity, conversion rates, ACV, sales cycle length)
- Represent Dezzex at security/tech conferences (eg, Intersec Dubai, ASIS) and industry forums
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience selling physical security, video surveillance, or IoT solutions to large organizations
- Deep technical fluency in CCTV ecosystems: VMS platforms (Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon), camera hardware (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis), NVR architecture, ONVIF standards, and edge/cloud deployment models
- Proven track record of closing $250K+ enterprise deals in security technology, smart infrastructure, or adjacent verticals
- Existing relationships with system integrators, security consultants, and end-user enterprises in MENA/GCC region
- Ability to translate technical capabilities (eg, "real-time loitering detection with 98% accuracy") into business outcomes ("reduce security staffing costs by 30%")
- Experience selling SaaS/subscription models with tiered pricing and usage-based components
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Prior sales experience with AI-powered video analytics platforms (eg, BriefCam, Hikvision, Dahue VMS, Agent Vi, CrowdCompass)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to video data
- Exposure to government/semi-government procurement cycles in GCC countries
- Understanding of integration requirements with PSIM, access control, and command center ecosystems
