Sales Manager (Interior Design & Renovations)

A growing interior design and renovation company in Dubai is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. We specialize in high-end interior design, fit-out, and renovation projects for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate and develop new business opportunities (B2B and B2C).

• Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations with property owners, developers, brokers, and corporate clients.

• Identify client needs, prepare commercial proposals, and close deals.

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in B2B and B2C (experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or related fields is a strong advantage).

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Experience in the UAE market is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Russian or Arabic is a plus).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.

• Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
