Roles & Responsibilities

ob Purpose To lead and manage sales for metal enclosure products, including IT racks, server cabinets, and electrical enclosures. Drive revenue growth, define sales strategy, manage key accounts, and lead the sales team in alignment with technical and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute sales strategies and annual plans. Set targets, KPIs, and budgets; monitor performance and forecasting. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Business Development & Key Accounts Develop new markets and key clients, including consultants, system integrators, and contractors. Manage strategic and high-value accounts. Build strong relationships with data center consultants, MEP/electrical contractors, and IT solution providers. Technical, Commercial & Tendering Oversee technical and commercial proposals, pricing, margins, and specification compliance. Support negotiations, value engineering, and contract finalization. Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams on feasibility, pricing, and delivery. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track market trends, competitors, and pricing. Provide feedback for product improvements. Prepare sales reports and forecasts while ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field 7–10 years’ sales experience in metal enclosures or industrial products Minimum 3+ years in a managerial role GCC / Middle East experience preferred Skills & Competencies Leadership, strong technical and commercial skills, negotiation and communication abilities, strategic yet hands-on approach, CRM & MS Office proficiency, valid driving license
