Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sea freight revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their shipping needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and motivated sales environment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas for sea freight services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the sea freight forwarding industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Exhibits a deep understanding of international shipping processes, including import/export regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
