Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Market Development Executive to accelerate revenue growth for our UAE-based general trading company. The role focuses on identifying and developing new local and international markets for the company’s product portfolio. The candidate will generate qualified leads, build strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and wholesalers, and convert prospects into long-term business partnerships. This position requires strategic market penetration, competitive analysis, pricing alignment, and consistent follow-up to achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.

The Sales Executive will implement structured sales plans and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for product availability and timely order execution. The role also includes managing client communications through email, website inquiries, and trade platforms, preparing sales forecasts, negotiating contracts, maintaining CRM records, tracking market trends, and identifying new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base and driving sustainable profit growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within a trading company (UAE or international exposure preferred).

  • Strong understanding of local and international trade markets.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client databases, and close B2B deals.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to independently create and implement sales strategies.

  • Proficiency in email communication, online B2B platforms, and CRM tools.

  • Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and market research skills.

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
