Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in Dubai's dynamic market, driving mutual growth and revenue.
- Identify, develop, and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the unique business landscape of Dubai, exceeding sales targets.
- Lead negotiation of partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and maximizing value for both parties.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering loyalty and identifying upselling opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications in sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Is fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly desirable.
- Exhibits advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Displays exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Is a highly motivated and independent individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
