Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
As a Senior Associate for Deloitte ME s Global Employer Services (GES) within the Tax and Legal business line, you will engage in a dual role across Emiratization advisory and immigration compliance services. Your responsibilities will include research related to Emiratization, immigration, labor and related compliance regulations, as well as support with drafting advice or workforce strategies for clients. You will also manage stakeholder relationships connected to national workforce initiatives and support the delivery of immigration compliance services to clients
The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, research skills and an eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on Emiratization policies, trends, and best practices to inform decision-making.
- Conduct research on immigration, labor, social security and payroll regulations in the UAE, across all jurisdictions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related fields.
- Emirati National, with a valid family book.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in employment law, Emiratisation advisory, or similar fields, preferably within a global professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor and immigration laws, government workforce nationalization programs (e.g., Nafis, Tawteen), and related compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong research abilities and proficiency in compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
