Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager – Consulting Services will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening market presence, and establishing strategic client relationships across the UAE. This role focuses solely on the UAE market and involves identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for Cybersecurity Assessment Services, GRC, IMS (ISMS/BCMS/ITSM/ERM), and AI Governance consulting services. The candidate will work closely with the Consulting Delivery Team, Pre-Sales, and UAE Sales leadership to meet revenue targets and position Paramount Computer Systems as a preferred consulting partner in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Growth (UAE Focus)

• Identify new business opportunities specifically within the UAE market.

• Own the end-to-end business development lifecycle—lead generation, qualification, proposal support, solution discussions, client presentations, pricing alignment, and contract closure.

• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic networking to build a steady and qualified pipeline.

• Develop targeted sales strategies for consulting offerings aligned with UAE regulatory requirements (DESC, NESA/UAE IA, ADHICS, etc.).

2. Opportunity Management & Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Delivery Leads to shape solution approaches and align proposals with customer requirements.

• Ensure high-quality, UAE-aligned proposals with clear value propositions, scope, timelines, and costing.

• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and updates using CRM tools.

• Drive consistent follow-ups to improve win probability and shorten sales cycles.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CISOs, CIOs, Heads of GRC, Heads of Audit, Compliance, and Risk.

• Conduct periodic account reviews to uncover additional opportunities.

• Ensure high client satisfaction by aligning closely with delivery teams.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning

• Monitor UAE cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory developments.

• Analyze competitor offerings and emerging market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Domain Knowledge

• 8 –10+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, ISO Consulting or Management Consulting within the UAE.

• Understanding of services such as ISO 27001/22301/20000/QMS/ERM, NIST CSF, etc), Cybersecurity Assessments, and AI Governance (ISO/IEC 42001).

Commercial & Sales Skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE consulting or cybersecurity market.

• Ability to pitch consulting services to senior management.

• Strong proposal support skills, scoping, pricing, and value articulation.

• Strong negotiation and deal closing capabilities.
