Based in Dubai or Riyadh, you will be the driving force behind Juspay s expansion across ME. Your purpose is to build deep, trust-based partnerships with the region s most innovative digital businesses, establishing Juspay not just as a vendor, but as the foundational partner for their payment innovation. You will think like a founder, shaping our product and strategy as we become the preferred payment orchestrator in MiddleEast.
What You'll Achieve: Key Responsibilities Architect Landmark Partnerships: Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from initial strategy to negotiating and closing transformative deals with C-level executives at enterprise companies. Be a Systems Thinker for the Market: Develop a deep, first-principles understanding of the ME payments ecosystem. Identify and unlock novel business opportunities, expand revenue streams, and build a sustainable growth engine. Cultivate a High-Trust Network: Build and nurture authentic, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor on payment strategy and innovation. Shape Our Product's Future: Act as the bridge between the market and our internal teams. Collaborate intensely with product, marketing, and engineering to translate regional needs into a world-class product roadmap. Become a Voice for Juspay: Represent Juspay at industry-defining events and conferences, sharing our unique perspective and enhancing our brand as a leader in payment technology.
What Success in This Role Looks LikeSuccess is not just about hitting revenue targets; it's about building a sustainable foundation for Juspay in ME. Within 12 Months: You will have signed marquee enterprise clients in key ME markets, establishing Juspay as a credible and formidable player in the region. Strategic Impact: You will be recognized as a key thought partner by our Product and Leadership teams, with your market insights directly influencing our product roadmap and GTM strategy for ME. Market Leadership: Juspay will be seen not just as a vendor but as a strategic enabler and thought leader in the ME payments community, with a robust and growing pipeline of high-quality opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a leader who embodies our core principles of learning and creation.
Your Experience: 8-15 years in strategic sales, account management, or business development, preferably within fintech, payment gateways, or the payment teams of travel businesses (airlines/ hotels/ OTAs). Deep Payments Domain Expertise is essential. You must be fluent in the language and mechanics of modern payment systems. An existing, high-trust network within the ME payments and tech ecosystem is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage. A willingness to travel frequently across the region, often on short notice, to build relationships and close opportunities.
