Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
Skills:
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ( Experience in shipping & Logistics is a strong plus ).
