Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer segments, and competitive landscape, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages skill development and high performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional certifications in sales methodologies or techniques, such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar.
  • Experience in B2B sales with a focus on high-value accounts, showcasing the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
