Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The service provider will have following roles and responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions for new products and services requirements Involve in design making, analysis, and implementation phases of system upgrade and migration mega projects.

  • Act as a contributing member of the project team from project inception to completion.

  • Assess and evaluate risk as required.

  • Maintain understanding of how individual work and decisions fit into the broader organizational picture.

  • Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry.

  • Mentor, coach, educate, and train colleagues as requested.

  • Working closely with the business to understand their requirements and translate those into technical requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The service provider has resources with a minimum of 10 years of experience in providing solution architecture and design services.

  • Experience in business analysis, business process modeling, information models development, use cases, test cases, etc.; Participation software development and implementation projects;

  • Knowledge of standards (eTOM, SID, TAM) and solutions for OSS / BSS; Knowledge of business processes and functions of Telco operator planning, development, operations, fulfillment, assurance, etc.

  • Knowledge of Telco products and services (Wireless and Fixed Lines/Data, Consumer and Enterprise)

  • A deep understanding of OSS/BSS systems and their integration, as well as experience with network technologies, such as telecommunications, data, and cloud.

  • Integral contribution to project teams from inception to completion at an advanced level.

  • Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into technical specifications.

  • Technical Skills: JEE, Java Spring, Spring Boot, RabitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL/Oracle, Elastic Search, Open Search, .Net / C#, ReactJS, Angular 8.x, JSF, and Telecom BSS/OSS.
