Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments while maintaining a courteous tone.
- Maintain an organized reception area, keeping promotional materials and signage up to date and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution to the relevant departments.
Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, ideally within a corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with office management software is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a significant advantage, particularly in multicultural settings.
