Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for white-collar and technical positions across construction and engineering disciplines.
  • Partner with department heads and project managers to understand manpower plans and define hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry networks to meet urgent and bulk hiring needs.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with HR operations for offer preparation, onboarding, and mobilization.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
  • Drive employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and overseas recruitment campaigns when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in recruitment within construction or engineering contracting (UAE/GCC experience mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles (Civil, MEP, infrastructure, design, project management).
  • Proven track record of closing positions within short turnaround times.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
