Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Marinate and prepare premium quality meats (lamb, chicken, beef) using authentic recipes, ensuring consistent flavor profiles.
• Master the art of vertical spit roasting, achieving perfectly cooked, tender, and evenly browned shawarma.
• Expertly slice and shave the roasted meat, creating thin, flavorful strips for each serving.
• Craft delicious shawarma wraps, plates, and bowls, assembling ingredients with precision and artistry.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school

• Food handler certification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with shawarma or Middle Eastern cuisine.

• Experience in operating and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment, including vertical rotisseries.
