Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The key objectives for this role are:


To manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the project camp/site accommodation, ensuring smooth facility operations, employee welfare, compliance with HSE standards, and proper documentation control.


Responsibilities

Camp Operations Management


Manage daily operations of the workers’ camp/site accommodation

Coordinate room allocations, transfers, and demobilization

Maintain accurate camp occupancy records and manpower reports

Ensure camp capacity aligns with project mobilization plans

Facilities & Maintenance Coordination


Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil repairs

Monitor housekeeping, laundry, catering, and waste management services

Conduct regular inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common facilities

Ensure uninterrupted utilities (water, power, internet, sewage systems).

Employee Welfare & Support


Address and resolve employee accommodation complaints

Ensure compliance with company accommodation standards

Support welfare activities and maintain safe living conditions

Enforce camp rules and discipline procedures.

HSE & Compliance


Ensure camp operations comply with UAE labor law and municipality regulations

Support HSE audits, fire drills, and emergency evacuation plans

Maintain first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment

Coordinate pest control and hygiene inspections

Documentation & Reporting


Maintain camp inventory (furniture, appliances, equipment)

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly occupancy and cost reports

Track camp expenses and verify service provider invoices

Maintain employee check-in/check-out documentation

Vendor & Contract Management


Liaise with camp service providers and landlords

Monitor service contracts (catering, cleaning, security, transport)

Ensure SLA compliance and quality standards

Qualifications

Expected:


4–7 years of experience in site-based administration, preferably within oil & gas, construction, or remote infrastructure projects

Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage large-scale housing logistics

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field

Familiarity with camp management software, visitor management systems, and basic HSE protocols

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and reporting tools

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with contractors, service providers, and multi-cultural workforce
