Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must have experience with well known Burger chain or Quick service Restaurant (QSR).
  • Salary will be based on experience
  • Expertise in the Burger Menu: Develop and refine burger recipes, ensuring consistent quality and innovative flavor profiles that set us apart.
  • Leading the Burger Brigade: Supervise and mentor the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment focused on burger perfection.
  • Inventory Ace: Manage food inventory, minimize waste, and ensure all burger ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
  • Quality Control Commander: Uphold strict food safety standards and consistently deliver burgers that meet our exacting quality benchmarks.
  • Grill Master Extraordinaire: Expertly cook burgers to desired temperatures and specifications, showcasing your grilling prowess.
  • Menu Innovation Driver: Contribute to menu development, suggesting new burger creations, sides, and specials.
  • Cost Control Champion: Monitor food costs and labor expenses to maximize profitability without compromising burger quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume burger restaurant, with a focus on burger preparation.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, capable of managing and motivating a kitchen team for burger excellence.
  • Exceptional grilling skills, able to cook burgers to precise temperatures and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative burger kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple burger orders simultaneously.
  • Passion for burgers and a commitment to delivering an outstanding burger experience to customers.
  • Immediate joiners with experience in Burger Chain will be given preference.
