About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including 1 2 years in a leadership role. A strong background in guest-facing service and open kitchen operations is essential. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, confident leadership style in high-pressure situations, commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality at every step. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for coordinating daily kitchen activities, supervising your team, managing mise en place, and working to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Youll also have the opportunity to contribute to menu development and seasonal innovations.
