Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the culinary team.
Prepare, cook, and present authentic Syrian and Lebanese dishes to the highest quality standards.
Contribute to menu development and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and control food costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a Syrian/Lebanese or Levantine kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and modern presentation styles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
