Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Specify company products to architects, designers, client cost consultants, contractors, and developers across the assigned regions.
  • Promote product specifications through office visits, lunch & learn sessions, and technical presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architecture and design firms to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure specifications are effectively converted into sales.
  • Deliver internal and external training on new product lines, technologies, and specification techniques.
  • Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to clients and internal teams.
  • Travel extensively (up to 50%) across assigned regions to support business development.
  • Lead and manage a cross-border team to align efforts with regional strategy and drive results.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (Master s preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in specification sales in the furniture fittings industry. Must have experience working with MNCs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders. Knowledge of interior design, architectural processes, or hardware applications is an advantage. Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-regional teams. Must have experience using SAP.
