Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Executive to drive business growth across the Middle East region, with a primary focus on the UAE market. The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding, consultative selling, and customer engagement, enabling the candidate to independently handle client discussions and position CCTech’s digital transformation solutions.
This role involves managing the complete sales lifecycle—from lead qualification and solution positioning to proposal discussions and deal closures—working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Ownership
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target accounts and industries.
Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, opportunity management, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and ecosystem partners.
Solution Positioning & Consultative Selling
Understand customer workflows and business challenges and translate them into digital transformation solutions.
Independently position solutions such as:
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
BIM & Digital Twin solutions
Automation, integrations, and custom engineering platforms
Data-driven dashboards and analytics
Articulate technical value propositions in business terms for senior stakeholders and CXOs.
Customer Engagement & Collaboration
Lead customer meetings, solution discussions, and proposal walkthroughs.
Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to define scope and solution approach.
Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data in CRM systems.
Track deal progress, forecast revenues, and provide regular sales updates to leadership.
Monitor market trends and provide inputs on competitive landscape and customer needs.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in engineering software, digital transformation, or technology services.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA or management qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of Autodesk ecosystem, BIM workflows, and digital engineering solutions.
Proven ability to independently manage technical and commercial sales discussions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with customers in the UAE / Middle East region is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in AEC, Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial technology domains.
Exposure to system integrators, OEM partnerships, or consulting-led sales.
Ability to engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders.
Experience selling solution-led or services-led offerings rather than off-the-shelf products.

Confident, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
